 Very Small Louis Vuitton Wardrobe .
This is the smallest wardrobe trunk that Louis Vuitton made. It is extremely rare to find one of these trunks and especially difficult to find one in such pristine condition. Even though it has obviously traveled the globe it retains everything that makes it a special trunk.
It has travel stickers from steamship lines and hotels all around the world which we have left intact. It has the very desirable monogram canvas and retains the original wooden hangers and other interior features such as the two leather straps at the bottom for holding map cases or umbrellas. It has a replaced handle. It also has all of the six original functioning latches and the original lock. Keys are available from Louis Vuitton.
This trunk is very clean inside and out. It does have some rubbing wear on the exterior as well as a few minor scratches and other minor blemishes expected on an eighty year old world traveler. The removable front of the trunk has three seperate compartments with their original Vuitton signed straps.
It
is hard to emphasize enough the scarcity of a trunk like this. Large LV wardrobes are seen every day but one this small and nice are seldom available.
