Clinton Trunk Company in Clinton, Massachusetts made very high quality wall trunks. Their trunks are highly collectible today and this is a good example of their craft.
It has been recently refinished with a high gloss finish and will withstand just about anything you could put on it. Excellent for a coffee table.
