We've included a picture of a trunk with the parts pointed out and a brief description of some of the parts. Drawbolt: A clasp for securing the lid to the base. End cap: Covers the end of the handle. Slat Clamp: Decorative stamped steel that helps hold the slat down. Stay: Hinged metal strap that holds the lid up. Lip: Steel banding to help keep the trunk airtight.
